Package One
Includes your essentials for a successful meeting:
- Your choice of room set for up to 100 attendees.
- Projector and Screen (up to dual)
- 2 Flipcharts w/ Markers
- Up to 2 wireless handheld and 3 wireless
lapel microphones.
Half Day rate applies if meeting is over before 11:30am or begins after 1:00pm.
Full Day rate applies to meetings that cross over the 11:30am to 1:00pm time frame.

- We print your badges and have them ready for you when you arrive. Includes badge holders.

Includes Package One and Two along with custom web page and ability to accept credit cards!
